Bowis Investment Realty Corporation (BIRCO) is a full-service real estate investment and management company focused on commercial properties in Southern California. Our strategy is to purchase well located properties and create value through creative repositioning and disciplined management. Our philosophy is to provide attractive returns to our investors. We utilize a hands-on approach that has demonstrated a track record of achieving successful investment objectives throughout decades.

BIRCO was founded in 1994 by Henry Bowis with the purchase of three grocery-anchored shopping centers in Maryland. Since that time Mr. Bowis has been a Partner in the acquisition of 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial and storage space. Mr. Bowis is also a Partner at Kenwood Management Company that owns and manages 15 commercial properties in the Washington DC Metro Area. BIRCO and its affiliates have since 2011 acquired eight office properties in Southern California.

Our experience allows clients to benefit from real estate ownership through the strength of our team’s management. We target investments with an opportunity to increase cash flow and asset value. Since our initial acquisitions we have exceeded the forecasted investment return on every asset. We are always seeking new partners to invest with us while we have a long-term vision of maintaining those investor relationships.
